Who this is for

I care about something in my community.

You don’t need a title or a group behind you to make a difference. Come to a workshop and learn how to bring people together around what you care about.

I work with people who should be leading.

Your organization has members and volunteers who already show up and get things done. LeadKS offers workshops, custom trainings, and consultation to help them take the next step in leadership.

I fund this kind of work.

When more people are ready to lead, the organizations that depend on them can do more. Your support helps more Kansans get ready to lead.

What is a leadership pipeline?

A steady way for people to grow into leadership, so communities aren’t relying on the same few people to carry everything. LeadKS builds it with introductory workshops for people just starting out, custom trainings and consultation for partner organizations, and a fellowship for people ready to take on a leadership role. The first fellowship begins in spring 2027.
